My name is Renata Scorsone and I am 1st generation Czech.  I grew up in Louisiana learning both English and Czech languages and cultures.​

 

I learned to cook, at an early age, from my mother.  We both loved to cook and delight everyone with our dishes.  I make many traditional Czech dishes and sweets.
